You must be registered as an app user in order to log into the mobile app. Once you are set up as an app user on the website, you will receive an email invite that contains a random password with which to log into the mobile app. After logging in for the first time, it is recommended that you change your password to avoid needing to remember the random password from your invite email.

 

After you log into the app, reset your password. To do so:

 

Web UI

  • From the Home page, click “Settings";
    • Click "Change Password”;
    • Enter your current password; your new password and enter it again, to confirm; and
    • Then click on “Change Password”. The changed password is for both the app on your mobile device and web access. 

 

               

 

Mobile App

  • Click on the ‘Gear Symbol’ in the upper right corner;
  • Enter your preferred password;
  • Enter it again, to confirm; and
  • Then click on “Change Password”. The changed password is for both the app on your mobile device and web access.
